CareOne Announces 24 Hour A Day Customer Support Line

In an effort to enhance accessibility and optimal service for Residents and Family Members, CareOne proudly introduces our “Because We Care” hotline. “The hotline was established as a means for our customers to have immediate access to our Centers and CareOne senior management 24 hours a day, 7 days a week” states Seth Gribetz, Chief Operating Officer for CareOne.

The hotline will be staffed with trained customer service representatives who are available for Residents and families who have questions, concerns and who require assistance with a variety of needs. “We like our Residents and families to have the added security of knowing that they can reach us after normal business hours if they need to communicate important information to us”, Gribetz added, as “exceeding our customer’s expectations is the cornerstone to our success, and not a service that most senior living providers offer to their customers.”
