Located on the second floor of Raritan Bay Medical Center, CareOne at Raritan Bay Medical Center is the first long-term acute-care hospital (LTACH) unit of its kind in New Jersey.

LTACH units are uniquely designed to serve patients who have complex medical needs and require a lengthy stay in an acute-care setting. In addition to advanced, interdisciplinary medical services, CareOne at Raritan Bay Medical Center’s LTACH unit offers the comfort and compassionate care patients have come to expect from CareOne.

CareOne at Raritan Bay Medical Center is accredited by The Joint Commission and includes a team of board-certified physicians, experienced nurses, respiratory and physical therapists, registered dietitians and a comprehensive social services staff.
