CareOne at Hamilton is conveniently located just blocks from Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital. Both a 57-bed skilled nursing center and a 59-bed Assisted Living Community are housed within the same gracious, home-like setting. Our hotel-like environment offers a complete continuum of care, ranging from Sub-Acute Care to Assisted Living and Long-Term Living.
CareOne at Hamilton’s short-term inpatient medical and physical rehabilitation center includes, but is not limited to, orthopedic, neurologic, cardiac and after-surgical rehabilitative care. Our facility specializes in cardiac rehabilitation with a concentration in congestive heart failure. We are currently developing a pulmonary rehabilitation program to serve the needs of our community.
Our programs were developed for adults and seniors.
